Q. When can I return the item?

To process returns (wrong/damaged-in-transit/non-genuine product) please email to [email protected] The customer service will help with the return process according to product you ordered.

Q. How long will the entire returns process take?

It can take up to 5 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and start the process of refund or replacement within 72 hours

Q. Can I return products that I am not fully satisfied with?

• We will accept the return of your purchase only if the item received is damaged-in-transit or defective (not applicable for Domestic Catalogue).
• We would advise you to check the product description very carefully before purchase to ensure hassle free shopping.
• We would not be responsible for any compatibility issues for electronic items, computer parts, cameras, mobile phone accessory, etc
• Each shipment is fully checked before being despatched to customer. Any claim of wrong/damaged item received has to be supported by an unpacking video, to ascertain if the damage occured in transit or item was damaged post delivery.
