2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging and accessories

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or use after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damaged, defective, wrong, or non-genuine product, we will guide you through the return process.
  • In such approved cases, return shipping responsibility will be clarified by our support team.
  • If cancellation is requested by the customer (before shipment), cancellation terms apply as stated below.

Shipping timelines depend on the courier service used.

4. Return Processing Time

  • After the returned item is received at our facility, inspection and return processing will be completed within 7 business days.
  • Customers will be notified via email once the return is approved or rejected.

5. Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is non-genuine
  • The item becomes unavailable after order confirmation

Refund Processing Time

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.

No hidden charges apply beyond the cancellation fees mentioned below.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen.

  • Cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after 30 minutes but within the same calendar day: 20% cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancellation requests after the order date may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

7. Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee is charged for approved returns involving damaged, defective, wrong, or non-genuine products.

8. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
