At MyLittleUS, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, timelines, fees, and procedures for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged during transit
  • The item is defective or not functioning properly
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product received is non-genuine

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for damage or wrong item claims)

Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories
  • Not show signs of misuse, installation, or damage caused after delivery

Products returned without original packaging or in used condition may be rejected.


3. Return Shipping & Fees

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, wrong, or non-genuine product, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise agreed by MyLittleUS support team.

Customers must securely pack the product and follow the return instructions provided by our support team to ensure safe return delivery.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to an error caused by MyLittleUS.

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, applicable shipping charges and payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Return Inspection & Processing

After the returned product is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 7 business days.

Customers will receive an email notification once the return is approved or rejected.


5. Refund Policy & Timeline

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is non-genuine
  • The ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase

Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on the customerโ€™s bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 3โ€“7 business days to appear in the account.

No hidden fees or restocking charges apply for approved returns.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order: No cancellation fee
  • Cancellation after 30 minutes but within the same calendar day: 20% cancellation fee applies
  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5 business days.


7. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products. If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or variant, please place a new order. Any returns will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and are subject to eligibility requirements.
