Order processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Products are shipped from the United States (USA) and delivered to your address in India.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• The shipping cost shown at checkout includes the total end-to-end delivery cost to your Indian address.
• There are no hidden shipping fees beyond what is shown at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Average delivery time: 7–10 working days from the date of shipment.
• Delivery timelines begin after the order has been shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Possible delays may occur due to:

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen.

5. Delay & Refund Policy for Late Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond 15 working days from the committed delivery date, you may request:

• Full refund

Refunds for approved late-delivery cancellations are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Method

For last-mile delivery within India, we use trusted domestic courier partners such as:

Courier selection may vary depending on delivery location and service availability.

7. Final Invoice

A final invoice will be generated after the order is delivered.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
