- All orders are processed after you receive your order confirmation email.
- Orders are processed at the earliest possible time.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Order processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods.
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
Products are shipped from the United States (USA) and delivered to your address in India.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- The shipping cost shown at checkout includes the total end-to-end delivery cost to your Indian address.
- There are no hidden shipping fees beyond what is shown at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Average delivery time: 7–10 working days from the date of shipment.
- Delivery timelines begin after the order has been shipped.

5. Delay & Refund Policy for Late Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond 15 working days from the committed delivery date, you may request:

Refunds for approved late-delivery cancellations are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
